Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Coordinate with clients to handle communication and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage punch cards and prepare or follow up on quotations.
- Act as a personal assistant to the operations team, supporting daily tasks.
- Handle all documentation, including organizing and maintaining company files.
Desired Candidate Profile
English: Very good command.
Experience: 2 3 years.
Microsoft Office : Very good
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
Day Off: One day Sunday
Living nearby is preferred
