Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for executives and team members.

Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of information

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability to changing priorities.

Experience coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, or events is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
