Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling Customers requests and complaints
  • Providing clients with all offers needed from insurance companies
  • Data Entry & Filing system
  • Reporting system
  • Handling the existing customer portfolio and the renewals
  • Following up with existing customers and setting sales meetings with them.
  • Schedule calls with new customers.
