Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with students and staff, managing training schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with event organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks specific to training institutes/colleges, including scheduling classes and maintaining attendance records.
  • Coordinate communication between trainers, students, and management.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other training events.
  • Maintain and update student and course records accurately.
  • Handle inquiries from prospective and current students professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to training activities.
  • Support the management team with general office administration tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, education, or a related field.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a training institute, college, or educational environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Customer-focused attitude and professionalism.
