Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle student registration and class schedules
Organize and update internal data, files, and attendance records
Manage fee collection and follow-up on pending payments
Communicate with parents and external parties (PR and front-facing interactions)
Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating with instructors and team members
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic Requirements:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset
- Fluency in Arabic and English
