Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a female Administrative Assistant to join our team in Beirut.
Requirements:
4 to 5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and follow-up tasks efficiently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Details:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Beirut area
