Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an Admin Cum Designer to join our kitchen showroom in Qatar. This role combines client-facing kitchen design responsibilities with administrative, coordination, and QA support, ensuring smooth showroom operations and successful project delivery.

Design & Showroom Responsibilities
  • Develop functional and aesthetic kitchen design concepts
  • Prepare detailed kitchen drawings, including:
    • Cabinet layouts
    • Material, finish, and color selections
  • Prepare mood boards and presentations
  • Support the sales team with design input to help close projects
Administrative & QA Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage:
    • Quotations
    • BOQs
    • Specifications
    • Client presentations
  • Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, approvals, and records
  • Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, installers, and vendors
  • Track orders, deliveries, and installation schedules
  • Conduct basic QA/QC checks on drawings, materials, and delivered items
  • Assist with site measurements and installation follow-ups when required
  • Handle emails, reports, meeting notes, and general showroom administration
  • Support management with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field

  • Minimum 4 5 years of experience, preferably in kitchen or joinery showrooms
  • Proficiency in:
    • AutoCAD
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, and fittings
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and client-handling abilities
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage
