Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Cum Procurement Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks and assisting with procurement activities, ensuring efficient operations within the organization.

  • Assist in procurement processes by sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and manage orders.
  • Support the administrative team with office supplies management and inventory control.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding procurement and administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and procurement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Must be locally available in Dubai and familiar with local market conditions.
