Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records.

  2. Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.

  3. Help with onboarding and offboarding procedures.

  4. Assist in payroll processing and HR reporting.

  5. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

  6. Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  2. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior HR experience is a plus.

  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.

  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  5. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

  6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
