Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and organize daily office operations
Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of duties
Prepare reports as required
Maintain staff records, attendance, and related documentation
Keep files, records, and databases accurate and up to date
Coordinate office activities with the team
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience in the UAE.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
