Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To efficiently manage administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments, employees, and clients. The ideal candidate must be fluent in reading and writing Arabic and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office and administrative operations
- Coordinate with employees, management, and clients
- Prepare and handle documents in Arabic and English
- Support HR and employee relations activities
- Organize meetings, schedules, and travel
- Maintain records and ensure confidentiality
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Arabic (read & write) and English
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office
