Role Purpose
The Administrative Officer plays a critical role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the organization by managing a range of administrative functions, with a specific focus on Human Resources, Finance, and Permits. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintains accurate records, and provides essential support to management and staff across departments.
What you will be doing

• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Track employee attendance, leave, and ensure timely submission of payroll-related data.
• Support performance management activities and training coordination.
• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reimbursements.
• Liaise with Finance team.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and submit permit applications, renewals, and updates with relevant government authorities.
• Maintain an organized tracking system for all permits and licenses, ensuring timely renewals.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs.
• Any other reasonable duty as requested.
