An Admin Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring that the administrative operations of an organization run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise and guide administrative staff, providing leadership and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and policies to improve workflow.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Oversee office budget and manage expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle employee performance reviews, offering feedback and development plans.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and handle discipline issues within the admin team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations in office activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on office operations and productivity metrics.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new administrative staff members.
  • Evaluate and manage office inventory, ordering supplies as needed for smooth operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative supervisory role for at least 3 years.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
