Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare the KPIs and budget of office supplies for all departments and units in the region.
- Manage all kitchen supplies requirement.
- Manage and follow up with all related service contracts with the suppliers and check their quality.
- Managing stationary, office supplies for all Erbil region employees.
- Prepares, reviews, and maintains vehicle operator forms, records, and reports on vehicle operation, inspection, and dispenser activities on the system.
- Plans and schedules vehicle operations activities and transportation support requirements for all Erbil region staff on daily basis.
- Designates and coordinates transportation requirements on daily basis.
- Manage GPS tracking System, fuel costs, maintenance, and other services upon specified schedule and on daily basis.

Demonstrates strong ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee office supply inventories and vehicle usage.

Effectively manages time and prioritizes tasks to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Develops and maintains efficient tracking systems for office supplies and fleet operations.

Prepares, monitors, and manages departmental budgets related to supplies and fleet activities.

Identifies cost-saving opportunities and ensures compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
