Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate complex calendar management, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing appointments for executives.
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, screening calls, managing correspondence, and representing the executive team with professionalism and diplomacy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for an Arab or Filipino national with:

    • 5 + years of experience in Employee Relations (HR)

    • Strong administrative and communication skills

    • Immediate availability (no notice period)
