Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, showcasing attention to detail and professionalism in all communications.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely completion of initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred to equip candidates with foundational knowledge.
  • 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software, ensuring candidates can navigate essential tools with ease.
