Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day administration and facility management operations.
Oversee maintenance (preventive and corrective) of buildings, equipment, and utilities.
Manage and evaluate service providers and contractors (security, cleaning, transportation, etc.).
Handle procurement for administrative and facility needs.
Prepare and control the annual administrative and facility budget.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are implemented and maintained.
Oversee office space planning, renovation, and branch setup activities.
Manage contracts, renewals, and negotiations with vendors.
Develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency.
Lead, train, and develop the administration and facility team
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Administration and Facility Management.
At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Proven experience in large organizations or retail/multi-branch operations.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of maintenance operations, procurement procedures, vendor and contract management, and facility systems.
Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and workplace compliance regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus.

Effective communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
