About the Role:
VETC is hiring a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to manage administrative operations, ensure compliance with internal standards, and provide effective support to all departments. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of fostering an efficient and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative teams and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage logistics, documentation, correspondence, and facility services.
  • Oversee HR-related administrative processes including attendance and leave records.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and cost control activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration management.
