About the Role:
VETC is hiring a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to manage administrative operations, ensure compliance with internal standards, and provide effective support to all departments. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of fostering an efficient and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise administrative teams and ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage logistics, documentation, correspondence, and facility services.
- Oversee HR-related administrative processes including attendance and leave records.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and cost control activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration management.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative system
