Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative functions within the company. This includes office management, documentation control, regulatory compliance & policies execution, vendor coordination, and supporting property management and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day office operations, including reception, clerical support, and facility management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Supervise and lead administrative staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage office facilities and resources, including space planning, equipment maintenance, and supplies inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative activities.
- Manage & Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff and executives as needed.
- Assist in preparing departmental budgets and tracking expenses.
- Generate reports on administrative activities, resource usage, and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
- 7- 10 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic and English) are a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
