Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation, adhering to deadlines.
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, providing a solid foundation in accounting principles.
  • Holds a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, demonstrating practical application of accounting knowledge.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel, facilitating efficient data management.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), ensuring accurate financial reporting.
