Administrative Agent


Responsibilities:

  • To ensure day-to-day administrative management
  • Processing, classifying and archiving administrative documents
  • To monitor files and correspondence
  • Drafting letters, reports and administrative documents
  • Update the databases and tracking spreadsheets
  • To handle telephone inquiries and direct requests
