Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative and Financial Director F-H
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is in charge of steering the deployment of the financial strategy within the Company, in accordance with the Group's policy and the regulatory provisions in force. You will also have to manage the company's performance and organize action plans aimed at improving it.
The main missions will be as follows:
- Define, maintain and develop, if necessary, the internal tools and procedures of the activities under his/her responsibility and in accordance with the Group's
regulations- Manage the performance and the associated continuous improvement plan of his/her organization in compliance with the objectives of the company's
BSC- Steering the budget process and establishing the annual budget, submitting the approval of the General Management and the Board of Directors
- Supervising all accounting and management activities and working to optimize the management and financial situation of the company in the short and medium term
- Monitor the financial and fiscal compliance of the Company with the regulatory provisions in force
- Lead relations with financial bodies and administrations
- Control the company's legal commitments (insurance, subcontracting, etc.) by centralizing and validating all the contracts established, coordinate legal advice in specific cases and conduct a legal watch in order to maintain compliance with the legislation in force
- Lead the company's BSC and manage the associated performance action plan in coordination with all the company's
sectors Complementary Description
- Deploy and supervise management and reporting control activities; Lead the preparation and organize the company's governance bodies and hold the CAS
secretariat - Deploy the internal control system within the Company and develop it with the objective of compliance as well as improvement of performance (maturity of processes, effectiveness of action plans, identification of progress actions)
- Implement and manage the risk management process within the Company in coherence with internal control and performance
management actions- Manage their teams with a view to collaborative work and implement the necessary means to promote their professional
development- Maintain, develop and develop the references and standards contributing to the optimization of the working
environment- Implement the necessary means for the realization of the company's Medium-Term Plan (sectoral budget, capacity charge and associated technical means)
In addition, and within the framework of the project to create this new entity, you will carry out chartered accountant missions such as: closing of accounts, tax and administrative formalities with the authorities, setting up the information system (P83), construction of the consolidation package and monthly
reporting Job Requirements
Low position in Morocco, Casablanca
Diploma level: Bac+5
Type of diploma: Diploma in Business Management, Finance Specialization
Global Experience: 10 15 years
Previous and managerial experience in a financial and industrial
environment Technical skills:
Excellent command of customs and tax
rules General and analytical accounting Cash
