Roles & Responsibilities

Job context:


In this context, the Administrative and Financial Manager is responsible for supervising all financial functions, management control, local compliance and reporting to the VINCI Group.


Main missions

Financial management and reporting

Manage budget processes and ensure monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Establish, optimize and monitor “support” budgets.
Ensure the reliability of data from the shared cost center and construction site management.
Produce financial reporting to the Group.
Develop and digitize financial processes.
Monitor customer collections (collection) and payments to external and internal suppliers.
Optimize cash flow, manage bank guarantees and set up foreign exchange hedges.
Management control

Track performance indicators.
Analyze monthly, annual, vs. N-1 and budget variances.
Propose corrective actions and support operational staff in the economic management of projects.
Compliance and taxation

Ensure compliance with local legal, fiscal and social obligations.
Act as the contact for auditors, administrations (taxation, banks) and external partners (customs, etc.).

Operations Support

Participate in strategic decisions and financial risk assessment.
Support teams in monitoring margins and results.
Actively participate in recovery actions.

Higher diploma in Finance, Accounting or Management (Master, DSCG or equivalent).
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in financial management, ideally within an international group or a structured organization.
Mastery of Moroccan accounting standards and IFRS.
Knowledge of reporting tools (Vision, Maestro, ERP).
Very good command of IT tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Leadership, rigor, analytical mind and sense of service.
Ability to work cross-functionally and remotely with international teams.
