Job Description
We are looking for a highly operational Administrative and Financial Manager/Director (RAF), who will be the conductor of the administrative and financial management of our growing company, which is internationally based in Dubai. You will be the only one in charge of the perimeter, in conjunction with accounting service providers and SaaS management tools.
Main
missions
Administrative & legal management
Monitoring and management of contracts (customers, service providers, partners).
Proficient in tools such as DocuSign for sending, signing and archiving documents.
Ensures the legal compliance of operations (articles of association, general meeting, formalities).
Relationship with local legal advisors, notaries or experts.
Invoicing & payment tracking
Issuance of monthly invoicing (multi-activity / multi-currency).
Accurate tracking of customer payments and bank reconciliation.
Reminders & collections: implementation of robust processes, personalized follow-up, phone/email reminders.
Management of disputes with customers if necessary.
Accounting & Management Control
Recording and analytical assignment of supplier invoices in Pennylane or equivalent.
Preparation of accounting documents for partner firms (Switzerland, France, Dubai).
Monthly bank reconciliation.
Control of the quality of the data reported in the accounts (balance sheet, P&L, etc.).
Optimization of accounting and reporting tools.
Cash management
Daily monitoring and consolidated reporting of the various bank accounts.
Preparation of the rolling cash flow plan.
Management of intra-group flows and follow-up of intercompany flows.
Budgeting, Modeling & Performance Analysis
Construction and updating of the annual budget in Google Sheets.
Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget variances and reporting to the CEO.
Implementation of key management indicators (financial KPIs).
Participation in financial strategy and decision-making.
You are
Operational, autonomous and rigorous: you are in the action, not in the delegation.
Highly organized, able to manage several flows in parallel (Dubai, France).
Strong analytical mind, solution & business oriented.
Sense of confidentiality and ethics.
Ability to communicate with leaders and external experts.
5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position in an SME or startup with an international dimension.
Higher education in finance, auditing, accounting or management (Bac+5).
Knowledge of the Dubai ecosystem is a plus.
Technical
skills
Excellent command of accounting tools (such as Pennylane, QuickBooks, etc.).
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
Very good level in cash management, margin analysis, budget management.
Concrete and successful experience in customer collection.
Comfortable with electronic signature software and contract management (DocuSign, Dropbox Sign, etc.).
