Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

Accounting:

  • Verification and validation of supplier invoices with the various departments
  • Pr -accounting for invoices
  • Tracking past due invoices
  • Credit management (recovery monitoring)
  • Prepare the company's financial statements
  • Prepare and submit the company's social accounts

Tr sorerie :

  • Establish periodic monitoring of the company's bank accounts
  • Prepare and propose supplier transfers every two weeks
  • Develop and update the cash flow forecast
  • Expense tracking and cash replenishment
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
  • Lettering of settled invoices
  • Establish bank checks for various payments

Administration :

  • Collaborate with the tax administration (tax and revenue inspection) to obtain VAT exemptions on the company's services
  • be the contact person for the CAC legal audit (provide accounting documents)
  • Archiving accounting documents
  • Establish the various documents with local administrations (tax revenue and inspection, the wilaya tax directorate, ARPCE)

Fiscalit :

  • Prepare the various tax declarations (monthly, quarterly and annual)
  • Establish the company's annual tax balance sheet
  • Develop the CASNOS declaration

Control the:

  • Verification of the completeness of internal processes before accounting (purchase request, purchase order and invoice)
  • Monitoring, control and validation of purchase requests on the system
  • Monitoring of fixed asset purchases and referencing

Closing :

  • Preparation and validation with the production of the framing frame
  • Preparation of payroll and provisions deliverables
  • Consolidation of the hours file
  • Preparation of customer and intercompany invoices
  • Cost vs. Budget Analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

The profile:

Have a degree in management sciences (preferably finance or accounting option) Have at least one year of experience in finance or accounting. Mastery of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) Having handled ERPs (SAP, Sage, DLG)
