Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage daily administrative operations including documentation, filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action points.
- Support executives and department heads with administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure proper documentation control.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from different departments to support operational and management reports.
- Prepare dashboards, performance summaries, and analytical insights using Excel and reporting tools.
- Identify trends, variances, and performance gaps and highlight findings to management.
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for various functions.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a communication link between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely information flow.
- Support cross-functional coordination for meetings, projects, and administrative requests.
- Handle inquiries and administrative issues with professionalism and accuracy.
Process Support & Continuous Improvement
- Propose improvements to administrative processes, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
- Ensure that documentation, archives, and digital records follow company standards and compliance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Experience with dashboards, basic data visualization, or ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
