Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant - Data Entry - Marketing


Main responsibilities:

  • File processing: creation and updating of commercial files, ensuring the accuracy of information and compliance with required formats (including the number of characters and product-specific codes).

  • Data update: verification and correction of information in the system to ensure a reliable and complete database.

  • Order management: entering orders from supplier platforms, using Excel.

  • International collaboration: direct communication with the Marketing team in France to clarify and supplement information.

  • Attention to detail: ability to quickly identify inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy.

  • Technical skills: proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.

  • Communication skills: ability to work in a team and B2 level of French (written and oral)

  • Proactivity: adaptability, initiative and responsiveness to new demands.
