Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, handle phone calls and mail.
- Drafting, formatting and filing of administrative documents.
- Management of calendars, appointments and travel.
- Preparation and monitoring of administrative and logistical files.
- Track orders, invoices and office supplies.
