Roles & Responsibilities

Missions

Welcome, guide and inform visitors and partners.

Manage phone calls, mail (receiving, sorting, sending).

Write and format letters, reports and administrative documents.

Ensure the management and classification of files.

Participate in the management of agendas, appointments and meetings.


Profile

Have a good command of French and English.

Knowledge of business and/or banking.

Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Email).

Organization, rigor and interpersonal skills are essential qualities for this position.
