Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage telephone and in-person reception of visitors.
- Manage mail, emails, and administrative documents.
- Classify, archive and organize company files
- Prepare reports, tables and summaries
- Assisting teams in planning and organizing administrative tasks
- Participate in monitoring orders, invoices and basic budgets
- Provide administrative support to the various departments as needed.
Diploma in management, secretarial studies or equivalent
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sense of organization and thoroughness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Location: Cheraga dunes, Algiers
- Hours: 10am - 6pm. No transport included.
- Serious, punctual and organized.
