Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage telephone and in-person reception of visitors. 

  • Manage mail, emails, and administrative documents.
  • Classify, archive and organize company files
  • Prepare reports, tables and summaries
  • Assisting teams in planning and organizing administrative tasks
  • Participate in monitoring orders, invoices and basic budgets
  • Provide administrative support to the various departments as needed.

Diploma in management, secretarial studies or equivalent

  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sense of organization and thoroughness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Location: Cheraga dunes, Algiers
  • Hours: 10am - 6pm. No transport included.
  • Serious, punctual and organized.
