Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the daily management of tasks and priorities.
- To ensure the administrative follow-up, updating and coordination of project-related documents.
- Write letters, notes, reports and documents in French with good diction and writing skills.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes and monitor the implementation of decisions.
- To handle telephone reception, email management and information transmission.
- Keep the tracking spreadsheets, schedules and timetables up to date.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Presentable, dynamic, with a sense of organization,
- Good French diction and writing skills.
- A dj ma tris, the management and monitoring of projects, will be under the supervision of the project manager
