Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in the daily management of tasks and priorities.
  • To ensure the administrative follow-up, updating and coordination of project-related documents.
  • Write letters, notes, reports and documents in French with good diction and writing skills.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes and monitor the implementation of decisions.
  • To handle telephone reception, email management and information transmission.
  • Keep the tracking spreadsheets, schedules and timetables up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Presentable, dynamic, with a sense of organization,
  • Good French diction and writing skills.
  • A dj ma tris, the management and monitoring of projects, will be under the supervision of the project manager
