Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and telephone reception services.
  • Managing mail (receiving, sending, filing).
  • Drafting and formatting administrative documents (letters, reports, quotes).
  • To monitor administrative files.
  • Organize meetings and manage schedules.
  • Classify and archive documents.
  • Monitor orders and office supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in secretarial studies, management or administration.
  • Desired experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
