Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and telephone reception services.
- Managing mail (receiving, sending, filing).
- Drafting and formatting administrative documents (letters, reports, quotes).
- To monitor administrative files.
- Organize meetings and manage schedules.
- Classify and archive documents.
- Monitor orders and office supplies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in secretarial studies, management or administration.
- Desired experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good mastery of French (written and oral).
- Sense of organization and rigor.
- Discretion and good interpersonal skills.
