Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide reception (in person and by phone) and guidance to visitors. 
  • Perform data entry, updating and processing of administrative data.
  • Drafting and preparing letters, forms, reports and documents.
  • Manage the classification, archiving and circulation of information.
  • To assist the various departments with their administrative needs.

  • Good mastery of computer tools: Word, Excel, PDF, emails, scanning.
  • Good writing in French (spelling, presentation, formatting).
  • Organization, rigor and prioritization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
