Roles & Responsibilities

  • To provide telephone reception and visitor guidance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • To write, classify and archive administrative documents.
  • Monitor files and dashboards.
  • Organize meetings and manage schedules.
  • Assisting teams with daily administrative tasks.
