Roles & Responsibilities

Manage employees' administrative files

  • Drafting letters, certificates and HR documents
  • Track absences, leave, and attendance
  • Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, interview invitations)
  • Ensure the archiving and updating of HR data
  • To welcome and guide employees with any administrative requests

Desired Candidate Profile

Training in management, administration or human resources
