Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage employees' administrative files
- Drafting letters, certificates and HR documents
- Track absences, leave, and attendance
- Participate in the recruitment process (CV screening, interview invitations)
- Ensure the archiving and updating of HR data
- To welcome and guide employees with any administrative requests
Desired Candidate Profile
Training in management, administration or human resources
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel)
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
