Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Beirut. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, maintaining records, and providing support to executives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure efficient office operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional written and verbal Communication
Competence in performing Clerical Skills, including organization, filing, and scheduling
Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools
Ability to handle confidential information securely and professionally
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced office environment
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in office administration or related fields
