Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ensure incoming calls are received and transferred to staff.
2. Handle outgoing calls when requested.
3. Carefully send and receive stuff between branches and keep a record.
4. Typing (English and Arabic), binding, etc.
5. Fast courier.
6. Filing the Founder documents.
7. Prepare the company conference room for internal meetings and handle all hospitality needs.
8. The Lebanese companies legal documentation: Log-in content and filing soft and hard copies.
9. Receive the customer complaints and prepare the draft email.
10. Place ERP requests.
11. Manage the inventory of office supplies, stationary, and toners, order additional supplies as needed, and ensure that costs are appropriately managed.
12. Check for deals with new suppliers and get better offers.
13. Make hotel reservations for guests in Lebanon.
14. Get quotations for meeting rooms in hotels and follow up on all arrangements.
15. Follow up the office helper's daily work, appearance, behavior, etc.
16. Drivers coordination: schedule, follow-up, and overtime tracking
17. Generate the monthly attendance report and keep a record of all leave requests.
18. Assist the Office Manager in the day-to-day operations.
19. Miscellaneous tasks.
