Roles & Responsibilities
Handle invoicing and prepare receipts
Manage collections from Clients
Organize and maintain files and documents to facilitate data retrieval for legal and accounting matters
Prepare and coordinate declarations for submission before deadlines (income tax on salaries, NSSF, Audit reports, Tax on profit, lumpsum, )
Support the HR manager with assigned tasks
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders
Perform general office duties, including filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies
Has ability to prioritize and manage daily workload effectively
Demonstrate strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field
0 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluency in English is required; French is a plus
Accounting background is a plus
