Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Upstream is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support warehouse operations and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative and clerical support
- ERP data entry (Delivery Notes, Invoices, Purchase Orders)
- Documentation and reporting
- Coordination with suppliers, logistics, and sales teams
- Office organization and communication support
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High attention to detail and professionalism
