Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

-Communication & Documentation:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.

Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and various other documents.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.


- Office Management & Support:

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

Maintain contact lists and manage internal databases and filing systems (physical and digital).

Coordinate office procedures and assist in event planning.

Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers to maintain efficiency.

Provide necessary support to managers and staff as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.

Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Core Competencies:

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

Experience with project management tools or CRM software.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
