Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for staff and clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR-related tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and wellness programs.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are welcoming, organized, and aligned with GROOVY s brand standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and support various departments as needed.
