Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Excel sheets for delegate allocation and conference records
- Manage email communication with delegates, schools, and partners
- Support registration processes, including tracking applications and payments
- Assist in logistical planning for events (seating charts, schedules, resource lists, etc.)
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to use Excel Sheets and write emails
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Being reliable in the tasks handed to you
