Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Excel sheets for delegate allocation and conference records
  • Manage email communication with delegates, schools, and partners
  • Support registration processes, including tracking applications and payments
  • Assist in logistical planning for events (seating charts, schedules, resource lists, etc.)
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned

  • Ability to use Excel Sheets and write emails
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
