Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Handle expense reporting and invoices.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
