Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily administrative tasks (mail, calls, agendas, correspondence, etc.).
- Perform archiving and document management (physical and digital filing).
- Prepare and follow up on administrative documents related to the internal functioning of the company.
- Participate in the drafting, formatting, and distribution of documents (reports, notes, tables, etc.).
- Monitor office supplies and administrative needs.
- Good command of office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Knowledge of administrative and filing procedures.
- Sense of organization, rigor and confidentiality.
