Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily administrative tasks (mail, calls, agendas, correspondence, etc.).
  • Perform archiving and document management (physical and digital filing).
  • Prepare and follow up on administrative documents related to the internal functioning of the company.
  • Participate in the drafting, formatting, and distribution of documents (reports, notes, tables, etc.).
  • Monitor office supplies and administrative needs.
  • Good command of office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of administrative and filing procedures.
  • Sense of organization, rigor and confidentiality.
