Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to laboratory and management teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage and organize office documentation, including correspondence, reports, and laboratory records.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments for staff and clients, maintaining up-to-date calendars.
  • Maintain inventory of office and laboratory supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and office efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Up to 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a laboratory or technical environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
