Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to laboratory and management teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage and organize office documentation, including correspondence, reports, and laboratory records.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments for staff and clients, maintaining up-to-date calendars.
- Maintain inventory of office and laboratory supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and office efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Up to 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a laboratory or technical environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
