Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and organize daily correspondence, including drafting and replying to emails in both English and Arabic.
- Prepare and edit official letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain a well-structured filing and documentation system (electronic and hard copies).
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls and visitors with professionalism and discretion.
- Support in preparing presentations, data sheets, and administrative reports.
- Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Liaise with other university departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (essential).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
