Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and organize daily correspondence, including drafting and replying to emails in both English and Arabic.

  • Prepare and edit official letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain a well-structured filing and documentation system (electronic and hard copies).
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls and visitors with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support in preparing presentations, data sheets, and administrative reports.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Liaise with other university departments to facilitate communication and workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 3 5 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (essential).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
