Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Up to 1 year of experience in an administrative, office, or support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Availability to work full-time, on-site in an office environment.
