Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel
Desired Candidate Profile
- Up to 1 year of experience in an administrative, office, or support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in an office environment.
