Roles & Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
- Schedules appointments.
- Signs for incoming packages.
- Assist clients and other visitors.
Work Location and Schedule:
- Working from Monday till Friday 8:00 till 5:00

Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements:
- Holder of Business degree from a reputable university
- Previous work experience (2-3 years minimum)
- Professional behavior and decent business dress code awareness are crucial
- Languages: Professional Arabic and English are critical for the job (speaking, writing, and typing). French is a strong plus)
- Important character traits: Loyalty, Confidentiality, Professionalism, Interpersonal Skills, Decency, Results Oriented and Willingness to go the extra mile if needed.
