Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, scheduling meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office tasks. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting teams and maintaining efficient office workflows.
What will you do:- Manage office supplies, inventory, and order when necessary.
- Oversee office cleanliness and ensure all office equipment is in working order.
- Coordinate office meetings.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and send messages.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents.
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare meeting agendas as needed.
- Maintain and organize files, both electronic and physical.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, or external partners.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support project teams with various tasks and deadlines.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role, office support, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with office equipment (printers, etc.).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of office management software
- Proficient in English, French and Arabic
