Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain contact lists
 - Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and expense reconciliations
 - Maintain filing systems and office supplies inventory
 - Handle correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
 - Handle Petty Cash
 - Support administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, copying, and printing
 - Coordinate office procedures
 - Greet and assist visitors, and respond to inquiries professionally
 - Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information
 - Continuously improve administrative systems and resolve office-related issues
 - Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
 - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 
Requirements
- Background in accounting or finance
 - Strong organizational and communication skills
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
 - Attention to details
